10/10 i wish i made this game lmao

Game just doesn't even launch, spent an hour troubleshooting. Not worth the time.

Edit: Disable windows defender. Game now works.

new update adds ♥♥♥♥♥♥ new kernal level anticheat that doesn't even work, a sign of more bad faith practices to come. uninstalling and doubt i will play the new game if it has this same ♥♥♥♥. Going online now results in hackers forcing themselves to be server host which kicks the server offline anytime someone connects with a modded client since this is enabled. even solo servers are impacted if the token they generate matches your id.

Terrible choice from rock star here. Give me no hope for gta6

Hands down the best resident evil game, Im a huge fan of the series and a long time player, re was one of my first games as a kid, re2 spooked the ♥♥♥♥ out of me and left a long lasting impression, re3 continued this, code veronica and zero quickly became my favorites of the series,

but this ♥♥♥♥ right here man, its crazy, as a long time fan and player of every RE game this is quickly overtaking all the other games as my favorite in the series, it ties in very well with the previous game as a direct continuation, theres tons of tension at moments, similar feels and mechanics as the og re4, and all of the good bits of the fpv style from the previous game.

The graphics are insane, i have a 13900k and a 3090 gpu so i push this game to its max and its beautiful, reflections have some issues with ray tracing but thats a bug on nvidia and how they handle tracing not the game. Theres lots of effects and particles for things and it really sets the mood well.

The story is one of the best, im not even finished with the game yet but i just had to write this review now before i continued because this game is insanely well done, i wish i played this years ago.

overall play this game, you might get spooked, tbh i did at one jumpscare moment from an npc, but its a great adventure, its well worth your time.

Overall a decent game, has some really cool mechanics and some good features overall. But probably has my least favorite overall tone, menu design and ui use out of all the other games, not the best resident evil game, and despite the cool game mechanics feels the most dated overall. Lots of waiting around for your ai partner to catch up ruins the experience so it could be alot better with a friend but i treat these games as the single player experience and while this game offers many avenues and angles from different perspectives something about it feels off. Im hoping the remake trends continue and we get some code veronica since this game just didn't give me the vibes i wanted from a RE game. overall as a game its a 7/10 but for a RE game its like a 6.8-6.2

Its everything ive wanted from a portal game, It provides lore that breaches and satisfies the hardcore valve fanatic. Play this game.

This is halo, its good. for 40 bucks its worth your time, Get some friends and pop into the dope ass campaign and get ♥♥♥♥ done.

New update fixed my crashing issues with the game, had a great time, the remake is phenomenal.

Not the best remaster, Graphics are limited to 1080p so if you have a larger monitor your forced to play in windowed mode, keyboard controls are atrocious.

But playing with a controller and forgetting about the graphics caveat and this is a good remaster of the 2002 remake of the first game.

This game and code veronica honestly should get proper remakes however with this game feeling dated and code veronica still having no way to play on pc despite being canonically the 4th game in the series. While RE:Zero also suffers from the early remaster trope rather than remakes its still a much more polished game and feels better to play than this one which feels clunky.

If capcom cares about the story line for their games they should focus on remaking this game and code veronica especially since they skipped it and released 4 which takes play 6-7 years after veronica while veronica is a few months after 3.

Needs lots of work. Hopefully forge will be decent in a year from now when it finally releases.
