Fred1878 was a habitual drunk who hit a younger guy when running a stop sign mid day in Walkersville, MD. It ruined the younger guys life. When in doubt take the aging boomers licenses before they hurt others. RIP, you screwed the other 30some year old for life. Atleast it wont happen again now that this great man is in "heaven".
