That sentence is grammatically incorrect. Serbian language, same as "bosnian" has 7 grammatical cases, meaning words change through out the sentence, and a lot. The sentence you wrote "Ima bosne ima muslimane" is incorrect because it should have been written as "Ima bosne ima muslimana" with an A at the end.
