Played it a bit, not too bad

God I miss her

This game is exactly like a car crash: it's horrible and messy, but I can't stop looking at it

I've been playing this game since launch on console, and after finally getting on pc after 4 years, I can officially say that this game is absolute trash.
Yet, I can't stop playing it.

I hate pretty much everything about it: broken mechanics, server crashes, unbalanced heroes, low matchmaking... the only good thing about it is the "one-of-a-kind fighting game" which I absolutely adore.
The For Honor developpers are definitely trying to fix everything they can (be it, at a VERY slow pace), and all I can hope for is for the game to regain a huge spike of popularity the same way Rainbow SIx Siege did back in 2018.
Even tho this game is definitely trying to target a competitive player base (like most fighting games), but it makes this game very hard to play if you're new (weird matchmaking and low player count), making only the campaign (which I do recommend giving a shot) and custom games the gamemodes that really "welcome" new players.

So, to sum things up: I hate that I love this, and if you're thinking of picking it up, DO NOT take this game seriously.
