This game is pretty fun and interesting. Reminds me a lot of Banished. If you like these sort of games and the theme of this appeals to you, then you'll more than likely enjoy this game plenty. My only gripe or dislike about it is how the tech tree slows way down. I feel like there needs to be maybe more ways to acquire XP for my tribe or, maybe there is a certain order you should take tech upgrades. Where my people are at right now feels like I am stuck doing a lot of extra hunting to try and get some XP for the next tech.

If you like the Souls games you will like Dark Souls 2. If you don't know if you like the Souls games, well this is a decent place to start though I'd probably recommend starting with Dark Souls 3, or with Bloodborne on PS4. Dark Souls 1 is great, of course, but it's aged and without an appreciation for what the Souls games are about DS1 might be a turn off as a starting point. I started playing the Souls games with Bloodborne, and moved to Dark Souls 3 when it launched, and those 2 games caused me to understand the appeal, as well as made me want to go back and play DS1 and 2. There's a bandwagon that weak minds like to jump on which insists DS2 is a lesser game for various reasons, but the simple truth is... if you ride that wagon, you probably just need to git gud.

This game is just awesome. Turn-based combat RPG with awesome characters and story, with plenty of depth in the decisions and builds. Whether it technically is, or isn't... I still consider this a CRPG and rank it among them.

Played on Vive Pro with Vive Controllers. This is just insane fun and super engaging. I lost almost 4 hours straight away and didn't even realize it. Some songs you can do more with than others. That's fine. There's an arranger, but I have no clue what it does. It would seem to hint at being able to create a mix and then play it back in full, but if that's the case... it's a mystery to me. I'm sure I'll find more quirks and cool options as I play more but man... this is fun. If you like electronic music and want to pretend to be a DJ, I highly recommend.

Ultimate license and complete D&D bundle and I don't regret a penny of it. Probably the best D&D purchase I've ever made. At this point in my life I've resigned to the fact that face-to-face games are nigh impossible to organize and schedule, games over the internet are much more convenient. Is it expensive if you want everything? Yes... but so are the physical books. You choose what's right for you. Roll20 does NOT "do this for free", you will pay MORE for the digital books on Roll20, or spend just as much time importing it yourself. These are officially licensed, and organized and broken up, and are honestly way easier than using physical books. I'd even use this for any face-to-face game that may never happen in the future.

Quite good. Does what it says and the content people have put up for download is more than I could ever look through. Obviously it DOES use resources to run this in the background, even moreso if you're using 3 monitors like I am, but if your PC has plenty of overhead like I do it's no issue. Recommend if you are one of those people, like me, that cares about the appearance of your system the same as the performance.

Onward is my favorite PVP VR shooter so far. The guns feel good, and it's cool that they have to be operated the same as their real life counterparts. The maps are nice and varied and have day or night versions and different mission objectives. If you're looking for that Counterstrike or Call of Duty fix, this is where it is.

Well what can I say? This is just pure unadulterated fun. It's a rhythm game of course, and you chop the blocks with your lightsabers and it all just works really well. It's probably one of the most popular VR games right now and for good reason. I find myself hooked and wanting to master it the way DDR hooked me many years ago when I first discovered it in an arcade. My wife loves it. My son loves it. Everyone loves Beat Saber, so don't be a dumb.... just get it.

Don't listen to the haters. This is good robot fightin fun. There's some minor launch issues of COURSE, because everything has launch issues... in 2018 games are complicated and every Tom, ♥♥♥♥, and Harry is building "custom" PC's when they can barely manage a prebuilt. Those launch issues will get ironed out. I have been lucky and have had no issues. The game is pretty awesome in the few hours I've put into it so far. The campaign seems interesting enough with the management and of course the missions but the story is probably going to be forgettable. The multiplayer is what really interests me and I've played a couple matches and they worked fine. My only real complaint right now is, especially in multiplayer, how long actions take to resolve. Yes I do LOVE seeing the action play out but there's lot's of little pauses and such which just drag it out.. That's a super minor thing, though. If you like mechs, if you like turn-based strategy... then you will probably like this. I mean... Battletech kind of sells itself.
