Overall a no for me. Trying to mix ARPG with Soulslike combat might sound good on paper, but the way they've done it just feels bad. The combat with the WASD and dodge roll and stuff just feels very tedious in an annoying way, not fun to engage with imo. Like POE1, GGG goes to great lengths to create the world's tiniest carrot on the longest, most unnecessarily complicated, and grindy stick. It's all just to serve a goal of padding out play time. 90% of my time was spent on the standalone launcher, not in Steam.

Big yes. Mainly got this to battle with my son, and for that it's awesome. I haven't tried the campaign stuff yet but I hear it's awesome, so I intend to dive into that soon... but purely from a "I want to 1v1 with someone" perspective, this rocks.

Ok this one is weird. I like it so far, and I would say I recommend it IF you are a fan of Dawn of War 2, but its not better than DoW 2. Even then, this is slightly different. It does have some jank, and lacks a bit of QoL compared to DoW2. Is it worth full price? That's a pretty hard no... I got the ultimate edition from cd keys for 3 bucks, and for THAT price it's an absolute steal.

Good game bro. Graphics and everything look great, the combat and controls are tight and responsive. Audio is nice. The things you can unlock seem reasonably paced. I can't think of any complaints really.
