Ive spent hours watching movies and videos in here and Ive never regretted the purchase.

Its not crystal clear at times but I didnt expect it to be with first GEN. Well worth the price just to watch Netflix.

However, it just didnt seem immersive enough for me. I felt like ive seen this before. Dont get me wrong I recommend anyone with VR to try it.

Its not as overwhelming as people say but worth the ticket of admission.

First I will start with the issues I had.

Teleportation no matter where I teleported ended up freezing the game saying I was in a wall... maybe my fault I had a slightly smaller room then requested (2.2x1.6) verus (2x2)
However once I got to the outside area I couldnt teleport at ALL. I reset, I reconfigured the vive and everyhting else I could thing of, im stuck and then I realized, I paid $15 for this game...

The game:

I do not find it as entertaining as many do. The graphics are Okay nothing to write home about and the battle mechanics were disappointing after reading the other reviews.

Im a 33 year old gamer and I understand Vive is new and that everyone is trying different things.

However and I mean no ill will or to flame the developer.

The game didnt work for me and Honestly I found it boring. If this had been a 2D standard game that I paid $15 for I would have immediatly quite (within 1 or 2 minutes)

Excellent Game. I keep coming back to it. Very well done and executed. Its on par with with the lab and one of the Best values for the Vive.

You would be doing yourself and injustice not picking this title up.

Great game, priced just about right for VR games at the moment. However, if this game was 2D for example and was played with a controller id say maybe $8 tops. But the VR part makes it worth it if you are on the fence.

Let me say this you CAN COMPLAIN about FREE

This isnt a gift from disney, its not from your grandma; Disney is a mult Billion dollar company this very poor representation of VR is sad and frankly an insult to the community.

THAT being said.

Great example of how NOT to do VR. The 360 vidoes appear to have had some thought. Except the star wars ones which were quite boring... but not as boring as the unexitable red carpet (within app) the videos were juddery and low quality over all very disapointing.

The Frame rate is below where it should be, the system is juttery and does have a nacious appeal to it. Great effort for say a Gear VR system but subpar on a PC based VR system.

Cons:

Blurry
Frame rate to low
no way to exit
no controller or keyboard support

Great game. It left me wanting a REAL portal game though... But overall good portal feel.
