When this game first released, it was pure euphoria. Hundreds of players talking to each other as they slaughter one another. YouTube videos were made, Twitch streams were done, and it was good. If you followed along with the development Discord, as well as the Steam charts, you would have noticed a huge change in player activity. It dropped. Hard. The development slowed, and now it's a few thousand players for the most part that keep the game alive, myself included. Every once in a while, though, the development team pulls off a miracle and gets player numbers up for a week or so. And then every new player realizes everyone is max level, and unlike Tarkov where everyone has a chance to kill someone that's kitted the hell out, with BattleBit it's a Battlefield-like progression system. Unless you're willing to sink a few hundred hours into this game to learn it you're not gonna have much more than a few hours of fun exploding yourself and maybe getting some kills. If you're looking for a Battlefield alternative with non-botted servers, this is your game.

I haven't stopped playing since making this review, most hours are on PS5. This game has me in a chokehold and it's like an abusive relationship. It promises you the world, gives you a roast beef sandwich from Arby's, and then tells you it's filet mignon. But once every blue moon it wows the hell out of you, and sinks it's predatory claws into you one more time while you're entranced. Overall, 10/10 jesus christ im addicted please send help.

Have you ever wanted to straight up 360 no scope a SWAT cop? If so, PAYDAY 2 is the game for you! If ya don't mind paying out the a$$ for DLCs, and you're fine with a M4 that runs out of ammo before you can say "Jesus Christ would it kill them to give me an extended mag?" then you're in the right place!

Great game, I prefer Scout, but that's just me. It's really fun, and if you wanna play with your friends, you can!!! Overall, 10000000000000/10, and I would absolutely recommend!!!! :D
