I love horror games. Have played a LOT of them. AITD, Undying, Resident Evil, Penumbra, Bioshock, FEAR and so on... Amnesia is by far the most scary game I EVER played. It's so scary that you can't get much fun out of it. Fun is NOT the objective of the game. Also, you won't play it on a regular basis (I only played about 70 minutes, and have to gain strength everytime to continue with it).

Much people stated it isn't scary at all. Maybe because they didn't played it the way it must be played. Try playing by night, on a quiet ambient and with a good pair of headphones. And DON'T play it to win! You don't go and see a movie just to see the end...

What can I say about this game?. I'm addicted to it. I doesn't get tired of it. One of the best games I ever tried. Got the full pack, but it doesn't seem I'll end them soon... I like to do ALL the quests... enjoy every bit of this gem. Do yourself a favor and try it

Don't play this game expecting to be terrified, play it expecting to be amazed. I came really late on this, but must say it aged well. Excellent athmosphere, argument, set of weapons, enemies... just get it and enjoy

I really never hesitated about this title, because it was much of a graphics hype. Finally I give it a try. It's an amazing game. I ain't talking about graphics, I really don't care. It IS a deep game, good action and fun. 100% recommended.

Despite the bad reviews, I really like this game. A real bargain. It is NOT Undying, but a nice game on it's own. I enjoyed every minute of it.

I don't even know how to begin... this is one of the best games I ever played. Not in vain is on the top sellers list on Steam since launch... and is still there after all this time. Instead of reading this, go and buy it!

Once you begin playing it, you begin loving it. Sometimes I just stare there and listen the soundtrack (which I bought too, is amazing). Is beautiful. I just love this little gem. Terry Cavanagh is a genius.

A good "tech preview" game. Has potential, but could have been done better if the developer were less focused on water effects and more on gameplay... It wasn't really much fun to play

This game is near perfect. Great graphics (even for today standars), awesome plot, atmosphere... a priceless dose of horror and suspense (you won't believe how dense can this game be). Classic. A MUST have.

Spectacular game. Pure tension!. Both Single Player an Multiplayer are excelent!
