Became a fan of the genera when I was introduced to Until Dawn. Played this and was generally pleased, the narrative with the other lives, the decent jump scares, the general suspense, the monsters, etc were all great.

That is all to say until the end. The ending is not great... and because the ending is what it is, the endings CAN'T be very diverse. The general conclusion removes the stakes from the majority of the game's choices.

On the plus side, since they did this anti stakes/lack luster ending the likely hood that they will do it again is very low. Looking forward to playing Man of Medan and Quarry (although I think that it's a different creator).

So in conclusion based on the ending I'd recommend people play another one of the games in this genera, unless they get this for a good sale price.

This is one of the projects that taught me to not put money on Kickstarter.

Adorable game, great little world... but given its only a few minutes long, its a missed opportunity. I'd pay for more content if it existed. The game invokes My Neighbor Totoro memories for me.

Shockingly cheap for a game that is deceptively good, addictive, with a solid soundtrack. It's so easy to play, and very gratifying.

Frequent updates, lots of characters and levels. 10/10 everyone should get this.

Its Adventure Time meets OG Zelda, was a lot of fun. Just beat the game in a couple hours, but it appears there is more to do post completion :D Highly recommend for Zelda or Adventure Time fans

I saw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Dx76lD8Scc&t=191s and had to check this out. Had I just saw it in the store I would have ignored this gem. The YouTube video and game queued up at the perfect time for me when I was super tired from work and life and this gave me a casual pick me up. I really enjoyed this and the progression system.

Amazing game play, art, story, music, etc. Definitely scratched the itch of a good metroidvania game! So glad I finally setout to play this through, I've had it in my library forever!

I typically regret most full price purchases I make... this was absolutely not the case. I was completely satiated 20% of the way through the game. I was ecstatic to realize I had a crap ton of mortally challenged left to slay.
