1. This game is too easy.

If you can zone everything and immediately get high-rise buildings within 60 seconds of starting a new city, it strips away fundamental value of a city building game.
Industries, commercials, offices, residents all have stages of progress, different types and different preferences.

Let's look back at SimCity 4 for example.
You can never, I mean NEVER get high rise anything without proper industries, extremely high demand, educations, traffics, etc. You are forced to plan everything about the city, when to educate who, what and where to improve, budget carefully so you don't go bankrupt,

**But in this game, you just paint; and buildings pop up.**
Ah, don't worry about budget cause you will reach 7 figures in no time.

Where are demands for manufacturing, heavy industry, hi-tech industry?
Where are affinities of those? How bout dependencies of those?
Where are low/mid/high educated people and where are demands for each? Where do each of them live?
Why do RCIs spike up without any serious development?

City sim players are gamers too, why wouldn't you make a game that stimulates hard thinking?

2. UI/UX is terrible

It's hard to find the information I want. Everything is fragmented. Especially the transportation.
Oh and I absolutely despise the twitter type pop-ups and radio news/ads
