Wanted to support devs from Brazil for a change. But bottom line is very simple. If that's not a factor for you, then save your money. This game is overly pretentious and convoluted. Tries too hard. Just play the much better Resident Evil 7.

Another beautiful Souls-like, Lovecraftian Metroidvania that you should only play if you have endless time and the patience of a saint.

One of the most awesome games of the year and a brilliant HPL-inspired title. Looks great, runs great, fully voiced, and has an interesting story with all the necessary components, from over the top descriptions and gore to whiskey. A brilliant Doom like that you really need to play if you're into fast paced retro-esque shooters. Also, it's not that hard, the maps aren't crazy mazes from what I can tell, and the weapons kick ass.

Arguably one of the best games of the year. Everything works right, it looks good. Gameplay is repetitive but fun and sort of rewarding. Fans of Evil Within (specially part 2) will recognize a lot of nice touches here. This is a textbook game. No fancy attempts to challenge you, frustrate you, or force you to get good and all that nonsense. Plus the voice acting and banter between the two main characters is really good. Recommended despite the repetitive nature of the design here.

Complete and utter garbage. If you're a loser that needs to "beat" video games in order to have any self worth or if you're just a sadist with too much time on your hands, then this is the game for you. Ridiculously hard and unenjoyable to anyone else. A corruption of the Souls formula that goes out of its way to be difficult, making any story or atmosphere pointless. This is my second time with this game, first was on Xbox and after several years decided to give it another chance. Nothing changed. Total trash.

Overall good, a 6/10. Story is nice, voice acting is very good, graphics also quite impressive and performs well. But controls are clunky with some annoying racing-like puzzles that seem out of place. Plus the inner monologue of main character Nara gets annoying after a while, I mean who whispers in their own head all the time? If you enjoy a challenging star fighter game, this is pretty worthwhile.

My initial review was positive, but that was until I reached the six armed emperor, one of the most cheap, unfair, and poorly design boss fights in recent memory. Also a boring one. Killed the game right there. Avoid.

Another good one from Wales Interactive and their partners, and this time really filmed in Wales heh. The story is PUBG meets FC Blood Dragon meets Running Man. It's quite low budget but the acting is solid and the choices may surprise you with how meaningful they can be. Each run is about 90 minutes, but there's at least three or four of them if you want to watch everything. Again, this is obviously the lowest budget production for Wales Interactive in a while, and it shows, the video quality is quite poor. But it's solid fun.

If you enjoy wasting your time on amateurish trash with bad puzzles, clunky controls, and a non-existent save sytem, then go for it.

Was too harsh on it. The crashing can be fixed, but people shouldn't jump through so many hoops to get a AAA game from what is now essentially Microsoft to run. Not recommended for technical issues and the hassle of working around crashes. Otherwise it's ok, a 6/10. Excellent characters, acting, and story, very mediocre gameplay that I personally didn't find interesting.
