The game itself became not so great after the full release. And now also censorship? R.I.P.

It's great!
The story and characters build tremendously over the new chapters and well placed humor helps to lift the tension.
The gameplay is also fun! New enemies, new attacks, new bosses which all feel exciting, but the battles also became fairly harder, especially bosses.
Oh and the music is top notch as always.

It Never Ends In Everhood

So, with help and guidance from my friend, I did finish the game. Big thanks to him, because otherwise I don't think I would have.
This game is still a mixed bag for me. It does have some charm, and there are some moments of dopamine rush if you're skillful enough.
But then there are so many obscure things and mechanics that if my friend didn't explain them to me, I'd probably be bashing my head against the wall for hours.
I played without Remix ...which was probably a big mistake and could've reduced a lot of frustration. But, of pride I suppose, I was like "I'm no pu**y". Don't be like me xd

Overall, just vanilla game without remix? Probably no
Slap on the remix, some QoL mods (like smooth camera mod), open up some guides or have RW fan friend to guide you through and then it's alright

Good game.
The story is mostly good. I even had watery eyes on some heavy moments. But the ending felt weak.
The soundtrack is AMAZING. The track that plays in Laika's house makes me cri ;-;
The gameplay is tough at first, but I got good at it pretty quick. (I have 40 000 viscera xD)
Also I don't know if it's my controller's problem, aiming feels weird on my controller. Like, imagine a '+', and Laika is inside of this plus symbol. The crosshair gets "sticky" on the ends of the plus symbol. That makes it pretty tough to aim. After playing more than half of the game on the controller, I decided to switch to mouse and keyboard - the game became wayy more enjoyable.

So yeah, 8/10

But seriously, this game is great.
