Before i start i have to say that MKX was the BEST Mortal Kombat game, but MKX is not the subject here.
Pros:
-Good graphics
-Krushing blow mechanic
-Customization System
-Krpyt

Cons:
-Some characters having literally no option but to zone. (Kenshi was a zoner too in MKX but he had great combos)
-Costumes are utter garbage. Nowhere near the quality of the MKX costumes.
-Ambient lightning and colors are so shiny and cartoonish.
-So slow paced and gets really boring REAL FAST.
-New bar mechanics. Its definetly not the worst i would even say that it was better than mkx. But still some characters has to literally spend a bar to start a combo that might not even be a 20% damage.

-Terrible launch on PC and unstability of the game. Constant Desyncs,crashes and input problems.

-No running mechanic. Okay so this is the real issue that causes the pace problem. Running mechanic in MKX provided some great combos,rush downs,cancels but thats not the case for MK11 you cancel it with a bar and since MK11 has literally no good mix-ups (Except literally 2-3 characters) its not really worth it. Cancel into what? You have no overheads and thats the case for the most of the characters they just duck and bar is wasted.

-Lack of strings. I think this is the by far WORST thing about this game. Some characters literally have 2 strings For example baraka, has 3 strings and no mix-up potential.

-Some characters literally having no overheads or lows. This is one of the major problems. In MKX all of the characters had so much more strings,overheads,lows,combo starters. In MK11 For example you can literally just duck and kung lao has literally nothing against you. (Short hops are so slow and easy to see through thus making it not viable)

And thats it. I know that some people will come and say that this is not MKX and they did not promise it to be like MKX but if you honestly and objectively compare these two games, you'll see that MKX had so much more to offer in EVERY way possible. In my defence you can watch the combo breaker tournament and see the matches for yourself and you'll see that some matches were so boring that chat got out of control and people were really rebellious. Not to say that if some people are mad its justified but you can see the some of the MKX lovers like myself was disapponted with the game and wished for it to be better than it is right now.

I know its been only couple of months but so far i would say that majority of the people is not happy with the game and you can see it in the reviews.

And my last complaint is the new Kombat Kast where they have showed us Shang Tsung yet another zoner after the communitys reaction to zoners. And Shang Tsung has like 1 string that can combo so yeah that is disappointing.

Awesome mechanics, great revamps. It doesn't matter if you play muslim nations or not, this dlc adds a lot of good mechanics which you should definetly buy.

Multiplayer got a lot of problems but stil worth to play !
