this game is very cozy and relaxing, and given how short this game is (anywhere between 30 minutes to a few hours) i would recommend choosing a nice day where you have the whole afternoon to yourself and have a nice time giving it a playthrough, since it shouldnt take too long to finish. it was also exactly what i needed to fill the massive gaping void in my soul that was left inside me after i finished outer wilds

very good, we need more short games like this one, you should play it

-No spoilers-

Have you ever played or watched something before that you knew was gonna stick with you for the rest of your life, even before you finished it? That made you feel like you never wanted it to end? That you stopped playing or watching because you didn't want it to be over? That once you did finish, it left a heavy, sad feeling in your heart because you knew that the feelings and emotions it brought you were unique to it, and you would never feel them again?

This was one of those games for me.

Every aspect of this game was perfect for me. From its world building, its writing, music, sound design, environmental story telling, characters, gameplay, story progression, I could go on. This game just absolutely nailed everything it wanted to do.

I wish I could go on and on about the incredible things I experienced in this game in detail, the wonderful discoveries I made, but this game is 100% best experienced the way I did, without any knowledge of what the game even is. If you haven't yet, don't look up or try to find out anything about this game, because that may just ruin it.

Just know that while this game may not be as special to you as it was to me, you really don't want to miss this one, because its one of the best games I've ever played.

Ori and the Blind Forest is one the best games I have played in a VERY long time.
In fact I can't think of a better one.

Not only is this game the most beautiful game I have ever played, It's also one of the hardest. If you suck at platformers you're going die. A lot.

The level design is amazing, the art style is gorgeous and the story is heart wrenchingly beautiful.
