Superliminal is perhaps the greatest puzzle game since Portal.
The game centers around the illusion of perspective. Picking up an object will make it as big as it seemed to be, objects will sometimes be parts of walls and you have to shift your perspective to pick them up, etc.
The puzzles are well designed and utterly mind bending. You'll have to think outside the box.
The game's atmosphere is special. It's very much like portal's atmosphere, but with a more comfortable feel.
And the story. It's very ambiguous for most of the run time of the game. You 're in some sort of sleep therapy, and you have to make your way all the way to the end to wake up. And not spoiling anything, but the ending of this game touched me in a way no other game has.
TL;DR: Superliminal is a must play, and probably the best puzzle game out there tied with Portal 1 and Portal 2

Over 30 years ago David Braben and Ian Bell created a truly magnificent game called Elite. For the time it was rather amazing, featuring a live galaxy that you could truly carve your way through.
Flash forward to today and Frontier Developments has taken what made the original Elite so good, gave it a fresh coat of modern paint, then ramped it up to 11.
You can do whatever you want in this game. Want to be a smuggler? You can do that. Want to explore the unknown galaxy, charting an unknown milky way? You can do that. From pirates to police and explorers to smugglers, you can do whatever you want and carve your own way through the galaxy.

The Gameplay

The gameplay loops in elite dangerous are simple yet complex, easy yet difficult. To simplify what I mean, I'm saying it's rather easy to charge into but you can be very quickly overwhelmed when getting into the deeper stuff. But this is perhaps better than something like No Man's Sky, which is so very easy to pick up. Your ship controls are incredibly complex and fully fleshed out, and honestly I think that's better. Flying a space ship SHOULD be hard. It should present a challenge. And what this means is that once you truly get the controls down you have full and total control over your ship
Missions are presented as many different things. You can get courier missions, assassination missions, cargo delivery contracts, you name it.
Perhaps the most enthralling part of this game is the exploration. This game is beautiful. coming out of hyperspace in front of a Red Super Giant (in my case the very real star Betelgeuse) is equally terrifying and mesmerizing.

As a Virtual Reality Game

As a virtual reality game, this game is easily the 2nd best VR experience I have ever had, dwarfed only by Half Life Alyx. Sure, it's just a cockpit sim when in VR but there is nothing quite like seeing the sights I have already described in full 3D. A giant star enveloping your vision or seeing the lovely jet cones coming off of a neutron star is made all the better by the view inside an HMD.

tl;dr

Elite: Dangerous is a near perfect game that is a must have for anyone who has ever wanted to explore the unknown galaxy, and a must have for anybody with a VR rig

Half Life Alyx is Valve's very long awaited and very much overdue return to the Half Life series in VR, and it does not disappoint.
You play as Alyx Vance, exploring the stunning and completely breathtaking environments of City 17. From open city streets to dark sewers to alien prisons, every environment in the game absolutely blows you away. And with all the items littered in the environments it makes the game feel that much more realistic. There is so much going on that at times you feel like you're about to black out due to sensory overload when compared to other VR games
The story, without spoiling too much, is incredible and the (perhaps not so surprising) twist at the end will leave your mind blown and wanting more.
Out of any full length VR game, Half Life: Alyx has the best visual fidelity since the VR mod for Alien Isolation. Everything looks and feels so realistic, and this being VR only amplifies it even more so.
Half Life: Alyx is also the most comfortable VR game I have ever played. Usually after 2-3 hours I either get a headache or just have to take a break for some reason, but I was able to tolerate and fully enjoy 6-7 hour play sessions in Alyx.
Overall, HLA is a must play for anyone with a decent rig and a VR headset, and Valve has set the new standard for what a VR game should be.

Early Access Review
Seeing that this is the only game I have that I can fullfill my true gender (Apache Helicopter) I love it SO MUCH. Best map is city scape where I (at least used to) could glitch out of the map and reach the 4th dimension.

At first I had a lot of problems with Black Ops 3. Many bugs, glitches, and a bunch of other things wrong. But this was at launch. I waited a while to get a MUCH better computer, and upon doing so, I've had no problems. For those of you with lag, your computer probably just sucks. You need VERY high quality hardware to have no lag. The wall running feature is very well incorporated into multiplayer, along with the thrusters. Zombies mode (the reason I bought the game) is an extremely fun experience, and although it is very complicated, it is fun in the end.

Overall, I would give this game a 9/10 for its amazing multiplayer, captivating campaign, and a worth the wait zombies experience.
