S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl is probably and if not, is one of, my favourite games ever. However, it did have some annoying flaws which I will get to later.

The story: The story is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ beautiful. You start the game with a task called "Find strelok" and "Kill Strelok". It makes you wonder who Strelok is and as it turns out, YOU'RE Strelok. Nooo, dying doesn't complete that objective. At the end you get the option, basically, to either sacrifice yourself for the sake of Chernobyl or not and you live in a completely radioactive field you will definately die in, as leaving the bunker you were in will eventually lead you to ground that hurts you when you walk on it .

The gameplay: The gameplay has general and specific flaws. While in your inventory, you can click on your weapons and you can see their stats. You see that "Damage" bar? yeah? it's complete bullsh**. Atleast for shotguns anyway. I could shoot a bandit from point blank range with a shotgun and he would just stand there, looking down. Same goes for other shotguns further into the game. I've had instances where I am getting shot through walls Also from a ceilling in a bandit camp where you save a stalker from a cage . Any assault rifles or anything with high rate of fire is absolutely accurate (atleast from what i've experienced). Pistols have recoil, but it doesn't affect your aim at all (except for the deagle).

Enough with guns, now onto actually playing: I hope you like moving from place to place a lot on foot, because moving inbetween areas like the red forest and the duty camp is gonna take you forever if you do not have certain endurance artifacts . And even then, if you are carrying too much stuff, you still lose endurance. Also, the concept of the exosuit is plain dumb. You can carry 10 KG more, but you can't sprint. IT'S THE ONLY AND IF NOT, ONE OF THE ONLY ARMOURS YOU CAN WEAR AND NOT BE ABLE TO RUN. Also, for ♥♥♥♥ sake, trader, I don't wanna take out that damn mutant dog-infested area, I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS.

I don't have a certain opinion on the gameplay because everything is balanced out. Like, for example, there's an autosave feature in the game. But it only actually works when you switch inbetween areas.......There's a lack of cars, but with the right items equipped, you can run forever.

The voicing/voice lines/acting: It's but a meme. ANUUUUUUU CHEEKI BREEKI IV DAMKE. They can be a bit repetitive. I must have heard "Get out of here, Stalker" atleast 200 times while playing the game.

Overall, this game was really good. It has its' flaws, but they are barely noticeable, especially when sometimes they turn for your own favour. And seriously, the ending was amazing. It's a 9/10 for me.

A great game, indeed.

Graphics: Okay.

Gameplay: I would sometimes be right infront of a guard crouched and he wouldn't see me and other times when a civilian saw me across the map.

Community: A good heist online is as rare as a game like payday 2 becoming f2p. I literally have met people bringing doctor bags on stealth and trying to stealth hoxton breakout. Like, did they not see the trailer for hoxton breakout? Also, tonsa memes. Nuff said.

There's also many refrences in the game and little things i enjoy a lot.

in short: 8/10

In short:

Good graphics, interesting mechanics and great osts.

If it weren't for the controls being a little awkward and having to move my finger all across my keyboard to attack, it would be a 10/10 for me. Also a little laggy, but then again i play on a laptop. Also has cards.

it's a 9/10 for me since when i first played i enjoyed the heck out of it.

This game.....where do I begin?

Having almost 3k hours on it, I can say that each and every hour was worth it.

Team fortress 2 or tf2 in short, is both such a serious and such a casual game at the same time. You have 9 classes to choose from, each with his own backstory and personality, aswell as their style of fighting in war. The game (surprise, surprise) has a story, explained through comics which I find humerous (personally, anyway).

There are many types of objectives you can play (payload race, capture the flag etc). Did I mention this game can be casual? I really mean it. There's sometimes players who will, instead of killing people, give them sandviches.

However, even if the game is free to install, I would suggest that new players avoid it at the current moment. Getting good value out of this game is hard, because tf2 is in a state of decay where:

-Casual matches are filled with bots that use cheating software to snipe you from across the map flawlessly, spamming downright offensive things and playing earrape. Community servers are also no better, as they're filled with immature child mods and content such as my little pony deathrun minecraft trade x10 servers that will most likely make you lose faith in humanity and lower your fps by 50%.

-Toxic players are looking to destroy the game even further by discouraging new users from having any sort of fun by camping at spawn with a medic healing them so they can't be killed and by votekicking people "who are useless".

-The economy of ingame items is in shambles.

-The developers of the game simply don't care about or simply dont have the capability to fix the current state of the game as there is at most 1 developer working on the game, which btw, has terrible, spaghetti code.

I'd give this game a 10/10 at any other time, but this is simply not the case anymore. Team fortress 2 is an iconic game, through which I've met great fellow players and have had great moments playing, but until valve can fix the game, I simply cannot recommend it to anyone even slightly interested playing the game.
