Well, 7 months after release, new big update. Figure lets see what all the millions they made has done for the game. Still
PRE-ALPHA. Still runs like its in the special Olympics. Server wipe which is fine but still the same ol lame fetch missions. Went to the gas station, shot at an enemy only for shaders to have to cache at that exact moment. Freezing and 8 fps while in a shooter is def a nice feature. Enemy had a leg sticking out so I shot the leg 17 times. He was def in pain but living. I'd seen enough, headed back to the heli. Ride back to base.....hard crash on the way. Aw memories. SERIOUSLY if you haven't bought the game yet, don't. You can have some frustrating fun for about 2 weeks, and then it will be more of a chore to keep slogging through. 7 months and we are on update 0.2 000000000 point 2222222222. If you have bought and thinking maybe you should jump back in....naw. I did so you don't have to. Just keep living your life, you ain't missing anything. This game will be abandoned long before it becomes anything of worth. Cool concept, just poor development.

Ah nostalgia. I, like everyone else, could not get this game to run on Windows 10, the music would play but only a black screen or would run but with constant flickering. Much like the game, this was yet another puzzle to be solved. The answer lies within "Look A Clue"[www.pcgamingwiki.com]

1. Scroll down and download WineD3DForWindows_3.0-staging.zip, you must download 3.0 version
2. Unpack/Unzip d3d9.dll, libwine.dll, and wine3d.dll
3. Copy those 3 files into Safecracker 2 directory, preferably where your Steam application is, best to keep those two together
And that's it. Worked immediately for me and I hope it works for you. Feel free to try the other solutions as well, however they did not help me.
Do give this game a chance as it is fun and challenging and it goes on sale for like $1. Wouldn't pay $5 unless you know that you can get it running. You could always do a refund though.

I appreciate the free weekend, now I can remove this game from my wishlist. It's just not good. Survivor is pretty boring. Tried to be killer but there was an 80 person/match queue, ain't got time for that. Not worth money even on sale, if they make it free...not worth the used up hard drive space. The game does look pretty nice tho.

Had to request refund game kept not responding before loading into season. Tried to allow through antivirus and run as admin like developer suggests, but neither fixed the problem. Shame, this is my kind of game.

I love you Bannerlord, oh wait not yet. This game is awesome too tho. And just in case Epic Games gets any ideas about Bannerlord..............

[TUTORIAL] Online Fix for after 31/12 !
As Gun Media closed the game backend we made a Online Fix patch to keep the game playable online.

Please note that this online fix is not supported/endorsed by Gun Media and is unofficial.

The installation is very simple.

0) Download lastest version of the patch *:
-> archive(dot)org/details/f13-onlinefix
-> replace (dot) with .
1) Make sure F13 Game is up to date with Steam and the game is closed
2) Extract F13Game folder to your steam content folder
(by default : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common)
3) Click "Yes" to replace existing files
(make sure it asked to replace files, if not you putted it to wrong place !)
4) DONE ! Enjoy again F13 online with your friends.

* click only on "RAR download", if you don't have tool to extract the archive, i suggest the free one 7zip. Files are safe and got analysed by lot of people around here.
However, because of the missing digital signatures from files, Windows Defender (only on Windows 11) can treat it as a false positive. Any other antivirus will confirm that files are 100% safe. If you have any doubts, feel free to test the files on any online AV.

Cons: Everything. Runs like crap, plays like crap, less fun playing than actual crap. This game is why monkeys fling poop, cause that is also more fun than playing this game. U buy this game for $1.50 they should give you $9 back. The two positive reviews are fake. What rhymes with "don't buy this game".....DON'T BUY THIS GAME! *Edit* OMG it's $8.99 now?! Wow! Well it wasn't worth $1.50 sooooooo..........F U developers who I don't care to even look up.
