Simple human resource managment game. The main selling point is the auto-generated cities. Had a blast controlling a terrorist attack in my city. Doesn't have that steep of a learning curve, and a good time waster.

Let me start by saying - this game is not for everyone. It is clearly stated at the beginning. It is stated only once. After that - the window does not appear again. With this choice, the developers set the tone for the game. It will be visceral. It will be based on your luck. Your skills will count to your victory as well, but it's not enough with just mashing buttons.

The main 'gimmick' of this game is the physics. Everything is manipulated by them. You can feel the force of your swings as the mace connects with the helmet of your opponent, shaking his very brain inside his head. You can see your characters muscles tense as he dodges the slash of a dagger. You can see the shield holder struggling to keep his arm in place as battlehammer crashes down upon his shield. You can feel your character's pain, as he gets stabbed straight in the abdomen. But the satisfaction you get from making successful blows and outsmarting your opponents is orgasmic.

With this in mind, the game offers you two modes - arena, where you run your own gladiatorial stable and participate in various fights, trying not to die and the regular 'campaign', where you run around in an undead infested crypt (the undead react in various ways according to your behavior), trying, also, not to die. These modes provide quite in-depth gameplay opportunities, and with regular updates, many more features get implemented. A magic system and ranged weapons are planned features, along with more in-depth AI behavior and more fluff, decor, weapons and armor.

Honestly, this is a early-access game worth buying and watching for updates in the future. A sister game is also planned - Sui Generis, running on the same engine.
