Grind for life, lost it all on random yeet ♥♥♥♥.

The optimized way to play is the most boring one.

Not playing the boring way will make you lose 20hours into the game... but not a slow way to lose... this kind of failure where you don't know yet that you can't be saved, yet you keep on trying without knowing you already are doomed. It's all about waisting your time and giving you the finger.

Early game survival really is a question of luck....
Random events will absolutely ♥♥♥♥ you up.
Some 'bad' random events, if accepted often enough (WHY WOULD YOU?!) will grand you a hero... such as the engineer who will be part of your heroes only if you always help smelly travelers that will, most of the time, steal your crap.

So, lots of random events with very bad consequences, extremely hard start... it's ok. The end justifies it... but barely...

Meh... short term fun. It's ok. By the time you get the optimal strategy, you'll be about to win the game.
That's ok but not crazy either.

This game is extremely easy.

While you will lose some defences, you'r planetary occupation meter is mostly never going to run out. You will NOT reach a career failure state at any point. You will merely fail a few battles.

The gun mechanigs are very good. You have some physic simulation for its projectiles, it will break objects such as trees to allow you to fire ont he enemy.

It's simple but it's good.

The ultimate 2min party game when you're with a friend at home and don't know what to do.

For some reason, people will be relucant to become commander: They have tiny balls and feel like being criticized is a proof of their unredeemable soul... but you don't! BECAUSE YOUR BALL ARE THE BIGGEST ONES!

Being a commander in this game IS THE BEST! Especially when you get a good team that works with you. Great times!
