Buggy mess, can't give the game a good chance to show off gameplay or lore without getting stuck in an animation so often.
It genuinely is well executed from the surface and I can even confirm that the russian and english VO is great but I am done with this game personally, I am glad I bought this on sale but I will attempt to refund this game with steam either way because this is just plain not playable with how often I get stuck.

This sadly does not compare to blades and sorcery and it doesn't have to. The gameplay felt like a step down from what I've enjoyed in the past, leaving me with a sense of unmet potential. However, I hope the developers continue to improve and expand on their work, as I may revisit it in the future. VR gaming needs more competition and capable developers, and I see a promising future for "Battle Talent" in this growing landscape.

Great news! Sony has listened to the community and reversed the forced PSN sign-up for Helldivers 2 on PC. This means you can jump right back into the chaotic, alien-blasting action without any extra hoops.

Helldivers 2 is pure co-op madness at its best. Team up, call down ridiculous firepower, and try not to accidentally obliterate your friends as you fight for Super Earth. If you're looking for a strategic shooter packed with humor and relentless hordes of enemies, Helldivers 2 is a fantastic choice now that the access barrier is gone.

Light Brigade offers a delightful experience right from the start. The interfaces and overall gameplay are incredibly satisfying, and the unique prayer mechanic adds a special touch. While I initially found the gunplay a bit challenging (likely a personal issue), I quickly adapted and am now progressing at a satisfying pace. Although it lacks the frequent upgrade system found in some roguelikes, the game's pacing is still enjoyable. The only slight quibble would be the AI aim, which occasionally feels a bit too precise for my liking :D

Also, I must say that the boss fights are very difficult to figure out. Their abilities can be tricky to understand, especially since my vision is obviously obscured whilst I am hiding in cover, and I still occasionally get hit by AOE attacks triggered after projectiles hit my cover. Again, this could be a 'me-thing'.

For anyone looking for something similar to what I have said, I totally recommend this game on and off sale. I have been sincerely enjoying my time with this game and its lore/art style.

Fans seeking a direct Call of Duty: Zombies replacement may want to consider other options. While this game draws clear inspiration from the CoD formula, it offers a distinctly different gameplay feel. The pacing, particularly the player's footstep sounds and relatively small maps combined with enemy speed, created a disorienting experience for me.

Don't make the mistake I did of buying it immediately. The demo offers a great opportunity to experience these gameplay elements firsthand and see if they're a good fit for you.

Perhaps this game will improve with further development, but at its current 1.0 version, it may be worth waiting to see if future updates address the balance and pacing that would create a smoother experience.

Obviosuly I want to see this kind of gamemode out of the hands of Activision, but this sadly isn't it.

Honestly, it's most worth when playing with friends.
If you don't have friend and don't want to play with strangers, this is not for you.

My personal GOTY

I am personally a huge fan of Bethesda RPGs but that doesn't mean that I love them blindly.
At first I was very skeptical with this game because of it's huge scale and essentially new systems they have introduced to their Engine (Mainly space flight and the huge landscapes that are explorable on every planet).

The game at first becomes very hard to swallow as, if completely new to the game, it throws a lot of lore at you that you will not entirely understand at first, but the more I got into the game, the more it clicked into my brain mass.

I have enjoyed every single part of this game but for spoilers sake will only mention the issue I had with it.
Mainly Cargo:
You will find way too many resources that you will feel the need to keep for crafting or building, but there are so many different resources that actually weigh quite a bit, it will fill up your inventory immediately. There will be a player home by default that has an essentially infinite chest inside of it, but it feels like a chore to enter it to just deposit all the belongings you want to keep. Sadly, I do not know if by skilling the outpost engineering skill if there is a solution for outposts, but atm I have 5 storage crates that can barely hold all the resources I own.

Even after all of that, I genuinely recommend this game to absolutely anyone who is a fan of SpaceRPG, but do keep in mind it's a Bethesda RPG, so think gameplay akin to skyrim and fallout for RPG aspects.

Early Access Review
Really brought back what the Battlefield Franchise has taken away from us, and even expands on it.
I really hope that they polish this game throughout it's entire development, since there are still many issues with this game, but it's still absolutely worth the purchase.

FYI: There are not parachutes, rappel down with a rope instead.

It looks very pretty but the visibility of enemies is absolutely horrible.
If they released a full proper game, compared to something akin to a paid ~3-4 hour demo, then it'd be worth a look.
For now if you are interested in this game, I'd suggest watching a playthrough online instead.
