The true start of the real looter shooter genre. All the history and all the enjoyable jank in one game.

This is a super fun game where its okay to try everything to make you're little friends happy. No extreme skill required. Just setting and watching them figure it out.

Its really fun with a mix of nostalgia of multiplayer. If that is what you are after then this is probably for you. If not then theres always much to be desired. As long as multiplayer is good just like CoD there isn't much else going on. Halo 3 ended the story, ODST and Reach are side stories trying to bring it altogether. So yeah.

It is a fun wholesome experience for everyone to enjoy. And now even more with this fantastic update and the continued development from a developer who deeply cares for it.

This game is a delightful battle of just telling yourself one more time and then realizing its 5am and you have to work.

Many years ago games with nudity would get slapped with an Adults Only rating instantly stagnating it to lesser markets without giving it a proper chance to grow and prosper. By making it optional Larian not only circumvented that whole fiasco and also just like in real life allowing people to decide if thats how they want to experience DnD itself. They are true masters in understand not only what players want but also allowing others to find themselves through their characters and the setting.

Many have tried to replicate these systems and at times redefined what a rpg is. Bringing more action elements to it, trying to find that perfect balance of turn based combat with dialog, at times realizing how constrictive trying to match the experience with friends at a table and rolling dice praying for good outcomes.

Larian is driven by art and love. No matter the cost they wanted to make something as complete and redefined the standard of what is actually possible for video games. And although it feels like the tables are turning all we can do is appreciate what we have now. A few good friends and grand times.

Its an overall cute game that I highly recommend watching a tutorial before getting off the ground on your first world.

Basically your the big bad guy and you create an elaborate dungeon through menu navigating and trying to outlast these fools who are acting like adventurers in a video game. Definitely worth an experience and inspiration to transferring monster management to table top games.
