Early Access Review
I've played MOBAs including the two main ones, DotA and League of Legends both with their pros and cons. As well as various other MOBAs that have dotted up.

But I have to say, Atlas Reactor takes the cake and eats it too. It's a fun blend of MOBA and RTS with a turn based system. The characters are unique and whilst may not have a large amount of lore behind them, I don't feel that puts you off loving any of them any less.

Best fun in a MOBA I've had in a long time, the community isn't too bad though I've so far encountered little team talk which is a shame as this is a strongly team-based game. An in-game VoIP would do wonders to this or perhaps including a 'chat phase' before each turn, someway of better communicating what you plan to do instead of just relying on chat would be great. Though despite this, it doesn't take too much away from the game and if you're really into the whole team tactics then you shouldn't have an issue finding a group or friends to play with and using Skype or Discord.

With each turn consisting of phases that breaks it down it really makes you think about what to do in your turn. Do you attack? Do you focus on moving to get a better spot? Do you dash to avoid an incoming attack or increase the distance? All these choices are up to you and dependent on your situation but it's what makes this MOBA so fun, you really need to think about what you're going to do a lot more than say DotA or League.

I don't give much credit to FPS MMO's, simply because they're generally the same but with a different skin and engine. Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex however is one of those FPS MMO's that is actually worth a play. If you've ever played Ghost Recon Online than you'll probably like this.

Weapons that actually play quite well and recoil that is actually a thing. Different characters, each with a unique skill that you can use and share with your team. With the auto rifle for example, you can't aim down the sights and spray and expect a kill, you actually have to control your fire.

The maps are small enough that you will run into enemies but big enough to feel not too crowded. All in all, it's quite a nice game and fairly well done. It's worth a play and this is Early Access, so there's room for improvement and extra content. And for as little as $5 for Early Access that's quite a bargain, a number of MMO's usually ask for around $15+ for Early Access packs.

Gameplay wise its fairly straight forward and easy to understand, of course you can feel free to change keybindings if you like. I know I did with Walk, but other than that one key they're pretty nice and simple.

This definetly has potential and with some updates and tweaks it can be quite funner (yes funner) to play.

My overall score? 8/10

I've played quite a fair few MMO's in my time and one's similar to Devilian, so let's get started.

Devilian has the graphics and art for a modern day, MMO, top-down RPG. The music is quite nice as well, the enemies are quite well designed - bosses especially. The NPC's repeat the same thing when you talk to them, annoying but you tune it out eventually. It's also got a nice story to go alongside it that even has a bit of side story here and there.

Character skill system is nice, you're able to reset points freely so you can try out different skills as you want to mix things up. There's 3 catergories you can choose from each with skills and bonuses towards them, as you spend more points in each one that unlocks more skills and bonuses.

There are some bugs/glitches here and there but it's early days, it's not been out long but it's pretty stable for the most part.

Contrary to popular belief, it is in no way pay to win. There is an in-game store, yes, but it only has the following: 2 mounts, some pets, cosmetic items, exp/gold boosts, inventory/character/warehouse slot increases, appearance/rename changes. Overall, nothing that constitutes as pay to win. Leveling isn't even that difficult really, it slows down as is the case with any MMO but that's common and you can just grind out dungeons or complete the quests.

Overall, it's nice to see this type of MMO again. It's early on so give it a try and if it's not your cup of tea then leave it and come back after some updates or just don't play it. If you like Diablo, MMO's and want to try something a bit new then give it a shot.

PS: There's boob physics if you're wondering.

8/10
