Really fun, especially with a friend, but way too short to be worth a 30 dollar purchase.

Do I recommend this game in its current state? Meh, I don't care for it much. That being said, does it have a LOT of potential? Absolutely.

As one negative review pointed out, filtering by negative will yield mostly the same review - the game is boring. It has pretty much the same 2 or 3 enemies, player progress is miniscule, and loot (specifically weapons) is incredibly scarce. I've been playing the game for a few hours now and I've gotten a single weapon, which happened to be worse than the weapon they give you at the start of the game. Even then, I had to go out of my way to farm for the weapon, instead of just chancing upon it in story mode. You only have space for two spells, other than your specialization, which isn't super great. I'd love to have a third non-specialization spell to use, since this game's main attraction is its build building.

That being said, the game does have a lot of potential. It just needs to solve a few problems first. I might change this review later if the game improves, but in its current state, I probably wouldn't recommend it.

Has helped me improve a lot, although the weapons take up half the entire screen, which isn't great in a game where you need to be able to see what you're firing at. would be nice if you could decrease the size of the weapons. Other than that, great

devs took a nerf-everything approach to balancing, and the movement isn't particularly good. the main mechanic almost never shows up in casual play, and the gravity is extraordinarily floaty.

*waits 30 minutes for the next round to start just to spawn as a facility guard*

jokes aside genuinely good game, despite the massive respawn times. it's clear the devs care
