This game is amazing. I'm writing this review after just "finishing" the game but I still haven't even fully wrapped my mind around it yet. This game is labelled as horror and while it does certainly deal with some pretty intense and/or gory themes, its so cerebral and mysterious that its not really the "scary" kind of horror game. This whole experience was deeply intriguing from start to finish and the fact that there's no clear "good ending" is something that I really appreciate from a game like this. The actual "ending" of the game blew my mind (and I'll avoid spoilers here) when it brings back all of the major decisions you've made over the course of your play-through and asks you about them. You are presented with your past choices in a way that highlights your own contradictions and then forces you to decide what to do next with all of this in mind. I haven't played many visual novels in general, but from my experience I've never played a game where your choices just kept coming back to haunt you like this. I don't even have half of the achievements so far and the developers have mentioned that they're going to add even more paths to follow.

I highly recommend this to anyone who likes "horror" that is more cerebral and psychological in nature. You should absolutely go into this game blind as spoilers can definitely ruin the experience for some people. I'm still sitting here in awe of this thing. The writing quality of the dialog and narrative is very high, the VA work is stellar, and the art is simple but beautiful and very nice to look at. There were a few paths where I felt kind of "locked" into a specific outcome but as I thought about it I realized that I'd put myself down a path I couldn't come back from a long time ago. The decisions you make early on will have a large effect on what choices "work" in the future.

This game currently has overwhelmingly positive reviews on steam but I still think the game deserves even more praise and recognition. The whole concept is brilliant and very well executed. Can't wait for whatever the devs make next.

Fun game with some surprising attention to detail for a free to play indie game. Fun in multiplayer, will make you yell at your friends (probably). Only complaint so far is that later missions will be incredibly difficult without getting some of the more advanced tools (which will require some grinding).

Overall, Its a fun multiplayer co-op experience that has good mechanics and replayability.

Interesting blend of Lego-inspired sandbox with light FPS elements. Can be fun to play with some friends but the community is mostly made of 12 year olds (Many of whom will abuse anything they can to one-up you, including spawning giant nukes to crash your server) so joining random servers is kind of a mixed bag.

As far as the actual game goes its pretty good and the simulated vehicle physics aren't bad. Still pretty rough around the edges but its cool if you like legos and vehicle simulators.

Fun mechanics, active community(so far as I can tell), typical FPS gamemodes with the fun twist of having portals. Not a whole lot to say about this, plays like halo but with portals. The portals are well done and feel very similar to the valve games. The ability to create portals, and destroy enemy portals, allows for some very tactical gameplay opportunities. I really enjoyed the bit I've played so far. Had lots of fun with friends. The custom games allow for lots of customization as well and the bots are decent for those who don't have friends. I see myself returning to this game in the future, would recommend.

Edit: The battlepass is free as well and there are lots of good cosmetics to get through normal gameplay which is nice since I was afraid this was gonna be overwatch all over again.

I like this game. Its got some good realism and is genuinely fun to play. The graphics are great for an indie and running out of air while a swarm of sharks closes in on you breeds some nice anxiety to the experience. My one complaint is that the game is very "Arcade-y". I feel like this game gets a lot of bad reviews because of this. While the graphics look very realistic, the gameplay abandons most opportunities for realism. In my opinion, the Arcade-style gameplay detracts a lot from the immersion of it all. Rather than having a more open-world (even a linear one) the game is divided into levels which are usually open arenas with some more hidden paths through caves or wreckage. You fight sea creatures and collect items (equipment and valuables) and fight a boss at the end. The gameplay is good for what it is but I find the whole level system really pulls you out of the immersion that the visual realism gets you into. Rather than these separate levels/arenas it would be nice if they could be chained together somehow so I don't have to see the UI until I choose to or until I die. This game would work much better if the levels were longer and chained together (kinda risk of rain style) instead of having to see the menu selection each time you win/lose.

Overall this is an awesome game for such a small team and as a diver myself I'd love to see more games like this since they really did nail the visuals. I'd recommend this to people who like more arcade style games and I really hope to see the devs continue to work on this since it really is a gem.

This is one of the best portal mods I've ever played. The puzzles are amazing and show some very high quality design. Multiplayer is a blast and has some great puzzles as well. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants more portal.

Fun but I wish it was kept up as well as the other half-life games have been.

Very good game but I wish the music would automatically rotate or something. Its nice having music unique to each area until you get stuck in one and have to listen to the same song for hours. Otherwise, I do recommend.

Edit: Haven't played the custom music update yet but that may very well fix my complaint.

Good game while it lasted. Might have been the only battle royale I enjoyed. Too bad they were exclusive to Epic for so long that most people lost interest.
