Not having one of the DLC packages prevents you from playing with your friends, EVEN IF YOU HOST. Terrible game with unoriginal game mechanics anyways.

this game is 100% naval combat, and naval combat is the worst part of any paradox game by far so it's not good :)

they fixed the forts

Same flaws that Diablo II had. Controls are awful. Overhyped. Pretty unoriginal. Still recomended because it's not pay-to-win though.
