Performance Related

Did experience some random fps drops that I've omitted from the above entries, sometimes near freezes, but these were infrequent
When opening up the plop menu for a special building (most notably the cemetery) crazy frame drop occurs

General

I love the new path creation tool, the seamless connections and crosswalks, amazing
The new landscaping tools are also flawless, the smoothing is basically perfect
New tooling for foliage/flora placement is great, wish there was a line tool though
The progression system for unlocking certain things was a little confusing to me at first, but I quite like it now

I ultimately am enjoying playing so far, loving it, learning the new road, rail and pathway mechanics is fun, and everything LOOKS amazing. But there are some notable performance issues, especially with random staggering.
Personally, I recommend, if you've got a better build than I, you shouldn't have a hard time at all running this game.
