this game is problematically good

This game is very good. I would know, im the rank 1 player in NA. I think i could go pro, maybe make some money but I like staying humble when it comes to games like this... Going pro would just suck the fun out of the game for me, so i gotta stay humble, you know?

I'd give this game a 9/10. I think that's a fair rating, and you can trust my word as a rank one player. I mean, i'd go pro but staying humble like this keeps the game fun, yknow?

This is the best free to play game I have ever played. The new player experience has been extensively improved upon since I last played it (2016 on Xbox One) and the gameplay has also been improved upon with the melee rework. The gameplay loop is extremely satisfying, even menial tasks such as grinding for needed materials can be fun. In other MMO's I tend to find myself procrastinating on chunks of content unlike Warframe where everything gameplay-wise has been fun. (So far)

The biggest issues with the game lie in it's monetization. Almost every item you can grind and unlock in game can be purchased via the in-game premium currency. I find it mildly disheartening that my efforts to farm out a specific frame or weapon could be mitigated or completely removed if I just shell out some cash.

I did indeed spend some money on the game. I bought the Warframe Gauss because he was the reason I wanted to play the game in the first place. I spent 20 dollars worth of platinum to purchase him as well as a cosmetic and some weapon/frame slots with the leftovers. The game hasn't forced me to spend money (yet) and whether or not 20$ for a single playable character and some bonuses are worth it are up to you and your value system. I found it to be worth my money. Gauss is super dope.

Another problem is having to wait a predetermined amount of time to craft blueprints. Warframe crafting takes Three days and Twelve hours. This is a miserable system. Spending a bunch of time farming the blueprints and materials for the thing you want and then having to wait THREE DAYS to get it is stupid. Of course you can mitigate the crafting time with plat...

Despite the issues with the systems, the gameplay is fun enough for anybody to ignore them. Give this game a shot!
