Very confusing, overwhelming even, at first...but omg when you get into it it's addicting, in a fun way though.

Went from not knowing what I'm doing to spending 17 hours with the game open and I'm pretty sure that particular game isn't even halfway over.

The DLC situation is really bad, absolutely no defence for that whatsoever. I'd recommend going looking up which ones are worth getting and buying the game with those DLCs on a sale. Do NOT buy this at full price.

I've not tried any mods yet, but it looks like the workshop has lots of stuff including Star Wars or Warhammer conversions which I'd love to try out.

Great game without mods, brilliant game with mods - the Galactic Forces mod specifically goes so hard

I knew nothing about Warhammer when I first got this game, all I knew is that I must kill and this game makes that a very fun experience. In fact it was so fun that my youtube recommended nearly always has some Warhammer lore video in it somewhere because I spent about a month binging those videos - Highly recommend it.

Actually got pretty fun game play with some difficult but rewarding achievements. Story isn't finished but looks promising - it's basically budget Resident Evil.

- Story was pretty short, felt like what should've been the middle was actually like the third-from last mission. End was pretty cool, and a lovely reward car for completing the main story.
- Game play is fun, I like the day/night dynamic a lot. Cops are well done, hellishly brutal in the early game but once you get a good car going you'll be able to outrun them. Even when you've got that stupidly fast car you gotta keep an eye out for spike strips and 'Rhinos'.
- The car customisation is brilliant, as it always should be with NFS games. Blows any other racing game I know of out the water.
- Map is alright, the different areas blend nicely together while also being their own place. Had a few instances where I've been driving so fast the car gets caught on some ramps/bridges and it'll take away most of my health - Only happened a handful of times, still annoying when it does.

I bought this for £3 on a sale and I would strongly recommend picking it up if you see it that low again. But at full price...idk. I'd wait for a sale, anything £30 or under.

Brilliant game and story, well worth the money on or off sale. Gameplay is pretty intense at times - I wish I could play this for the first time again

Introduction. First off HOI4 is a very good game, making you be a government of a country in 1936 or 1939. You can even make political decisions and actually have an experience of being a leader.

Ideology. Usually instead of being stuck democratic fascist or communist or non alligned, you can easily just change by realistically having a civil war over ideology in the country and change ideology. I find this very simple and i believe this is what makes the game good.

Why i think this game is good overall. Well to be honest i like the mix of war and politics. I think the amount of effort that has gone into this game is overall impressive and this interests a good community. I dont see much wrong with HOI4 and other from some bugs, glitches, ect.. its just brilliant.

This game is definitely a masterpiece, these updates are awesome! Definitely worth buying if you love battles, i appreciate the amount of work they have done to the game too, i really do.
