It's pay to win, and required miltiplayer. I went offline and 90% of my country was captured and i coudn't dp anything about it.

An artillery strike came onto the building we were defending
It continued pointlessly for a few minutes without killing anybody
I peeked out of a window and instantly got a bullet in my chest
