THE liminal space game for liminal space lovers. Do not expect anything. Just buy and play (walk). 9000/10.

This game is an Anomaly-hunting game, with Story mode! So It managed to spin the genre in creative and novel ways. Seriously. The premise of the game is clever and clearly took inspirations from Exit 8, liminal games etc. And giving some Stanley Parable vibes - Im a big fan of dystopian gigantic corpos where your work as an employee is mysterious, and important!
Game looks good, spooks good and feels good.

This game gained a spot in my Favorites due to its level design. The game is set in Kowloon which is supposed to be a densely populated city, and you navigate through Mysterious backstreets and cramped alleyways, giving an immersive claustrophobia and isolation and a feeling of being watched constantly.
I would love a version of the game where I can just freely walk around the place and play some lofi music.

The game is nicely made. It tells a dark story from the eyes of a child. It is charming as well as jarring. While the gameplay was quick and fun, the story was sad and upsetting but did not let us down in the end.

However, The real jumpscare/horror is as of February 2025 (Ive had this game since Nov 2024), upon reading the reviews and discussions, I've learnt that the developer is a predator that should not be supported. If you want to separate art/artist, please play the game for free (google Badparenting game free) or buy then refund when done.

This horror game has jumpscares only on your emotions and sanity.

A short but excellent and tragic story that keeps you at the edge of your seat.

If a person is trying to get into liminal space themed games, this might be the best introduction. The atmosphere, ambience and music are liminally solid.

For a short game, it has variety and interesting sequences - You can relax, you can get creeped out by the eerieness, you can feel lonely, you can get puzzled, you can absolutely vibe with some banging music and you can get very stressed.

How long it took me to beat: ~45 minutes
