I am really disapointed with RE4R. It feels slugish and the animations seems not completely fine. Not only that but it also feels simplified, like if Capcom did this remake for a more casual / younger public. The game has also a lot of performance issues and requires a powerful rig to play it (a little bit of optimization would have been nice for the people that has mid range rigs, like they did with RE2 and RE3 Remakes). Why they don't simply used the version of the RE engine used on those remakes? It would have been more accessible for the people. Just saying (not everyone can afford a NASA pc lol). Also, there are a lot of people that went back to the original RE4 after playing this remake. That means a lot and Capcom should take notice.

Here is a video showing love and care (RE4) vs technology (RE4R):

- The Mercenaries DLC release:

The Mercenaries is just a joke. Even casuals can get high score because of how simplified it is compared to the original. The mayhem mode makes it even easier. Characters such as Hunk or Wesker (also Krauser) are also a joke. Wesker and Krauser can spam melee attacks non-stop and Hunk has infinite ammo and smg rapid fire using mayhem mode (feels like cheating to be honest). They turned The Mercenaries in some sort of circus just for make younger audience happy LMFAO. So sad. But that's Capcom for you. And to be honest, they are this close to lose one of its most loyal fan here: me. I know, they won't miss me if i leave this franchise, the franchise that i loved so much (and i still do....) but i had to say it. This franchise changed so much to the point where i do not recognize it anymore.

The best recording program out there. Intuitive interface and easy to configurate. It records everything, from games to desktop and is also really good for streaming. The HUD is minimal and shows your actual FPS, tells you if your microphone / audio is being recorded properly (while recording), also shows if the game is using DX9/10/11/12 or openGL / Vulkan and the most important, your remaining hard disk space. All in one little box (is not intrusive while gaming and you can make it transparent if you like). Recommended!

PD: Another good thing is that you can record at 4k even if you have a 1080p monitor. That way, when uploading the video, Youtube will apply the best codec (vp09). No worries, even watching your uploaded video on YT at 1080p the codec still the same (vp09). It's like tricking YT to force your video to use a better codec.

Playing the free weekend here and I must say that I am impressed with this game. I played Chivalry before and I enjoyed it a lot. This is like his big brother, some improvements here and there and you can ride horses as well. You can also customize your characters as you want. For unlock stuff you need in-game money, which is to be appreciated (no micro-transactions, thanks god). The game looks nice and the performance is superb. I mean, some indie companies doesn't optimize their games but this one runs smooth at ultra settings, even with a server full of people. Recommended if you came from Chivalry or you are a medieval age enthusiast

What a huge improvement over Entropy Zero 1. The dedication and passion that the developer put into it is outstanding. Some things need to be polished, but nothing game breaking. If you loved Entropy Zero 1, then you must play this sequel!

What can I say? If you loved Battle Chasers, this game is for you. I am not a LoL player but I enjoyed this game a lot. The story is pretty good and you will end up loving the characters. Heroic difficulty is the one you should pick up if you want the best experience. Received this amazing game as an unexpected gift from a special person ♥ Recommended if you are a LoL player, came from Battle Chasers (like me) or if you want a good turn based RPG

Ahh, the nostalgia. I played this game a lot back in 2001. Nostalgia aside, review time:

Blade of Darkness is a dark fantasy souls like game made by a Spanish developer (i feel proud of my country because of that). The engine was built from the ground and introduced dinamic shadows and advanced physics such as fluids (blood) and object physics. The innovative combat system is what made this game great. The animations and audio were top notch back in the days. I would say that it was ahead of its time. Due to its demanding engine, the PC's couldn't run it so well and this ended up affecting the sales and breaking the company. SNEG re-released Blade in 2021 (Rebel Act is the original dev), with support for modern PC's and also added controller support, which is nice, but not good implemented. Modern gamers will have a hard time with the controls though (keyboard and mouse). Not to mention that this re-release added new bugs and some of the weapons fails a lot (combos, hitboxes etc). In conclusion, Blade of Darkness is an amazing experience but you need to have a little patience with it. The game is worth every penny but I would've paid more for it.

PD: I suggest you to install the HD mod created by SrRaul or Blade of Darkness Reforged, created by xSFBx. The HD mod improves the textures slightly without changing the game to much. By the other hand, the BOD Reforged is a mix of high resolution textures, Reshade and gameplay enhancements. You can download both mods visiting the guides on Steam

Now I regret not to play this game back in 2009. Everyone in the school all the day talking about Borderlands. When I saw the cartoonish visuals it was a no for me (I was young and immature, more than the other teenagers). My preferences were games with stunning visuals rather than retro or cartoonish games (simple visuals). But with the time I grew up and started to like more and more those games (pixel art, retro shooters, cartoonish, oil painted etc). Like one person said to me: "better late than never". It's is an amazing game with a lot of action and rpg elements. A lot of secondary missions to do and places to explore. Coop is the strong point here. But before you jump into the Coop, you need to know something. You need to disable the VoIP via files. There are guides for that. You and the rest of the players will have a better connection (VoIP uses a lot of connection, sending packages constantly). Otherwise, enemies will teleport a lot. I highly recommend this game if you are a fan of shooters and picking up loot constantly for improve your arsenal.

Alien vs Predator 2010 was a blast back then and it still is nowadays. Some bugs here and there but the gameplay, soundtrack and atmosphere are superb. Recommended to Alien fans and FPS players

Combat is really bad and repetitive compared to 1 and 2. For me, the best Trines are the first two. This one looks rushed and boring. I understand they need to bring new ideas / story to the franchise so we don't fight skeletons and goblins over again and again. But there are a lot of fantasy creatures out there, like Orcs, trolls, etc. Doing enemies which spawn in your face is a little cheap tbh. And not only that but we are always fighting in little zones, we can't use the environment for kill the enemies and we need to constantly jump over those "ghost platforms" all the time (regular enemies and bosses, what a boring combat system). Also, we are always fighting the same enemies (wolfs and goats). In my opinion one of the weakest Trine I played. I just wanted to install Trine 1 or 2 because 4 made me feel empty. If there will be a 5th game, you know what to do devs. A better combat and interesting enemies
