TLDR; want to shoot stuff, want to find sick guns, want to have fun? buy it.

This is more of a first impression review of the game in the first day of the Closed Beta!

In short: if you like to customise, an open world game, nice graphics and fun co-op/online this is the game for you

Pro's:
- nice graphics
- the handling is smooth (though this is more an opinion, also, expect arcade handling over realism)
- various music genres (which i dislike when they stick to one genre, give something for everybody to choose; also, you can change between radio and sountrack in the options (if you want to add drama to your races)).
- a HUGE open world driving
- very social/competitive: you get constant updates whats going on around you, there are always players nearby
- much custom, such wow: you can change appearance of your car (which doesn't affect it's performance). it's nothing in-depth (not sure if it will come in the final release) but there is plenty to choose from to make the car look like you want it to look.

Cons:
- buggy sometimes (i encounter some slight freeze (for 5s) when a race enters and i get swapped to the next screen))
- (not really a con, but quite strange) the need for uplay (which loads quite easily together with the game)
