armor revamp neurotrauma patch

!! this ofc uses lua but also neurotrauma !!

technectly not a patch as it replaces the original armor revamp mod, so dont use this together with the normal armor revamp.
also place above neurotrauma.
this was not tested with any other neurotrauma patches yet.

oh ye you also have a chance to get fractured rib when shot at, this was unintentional and so i dont know what the chances are of it happening.

(honestly, the mod works by just deleting any instance of neurotrauma damage when a bullet hits the vest, its a bad way to do it but i spent way too long trying to make it work and this should hopefully be somewhat usable)
