Description
This mod introduces many fixes and improvements to Stellaris, making the game more balanced
and user-friendly. The mod fixes bugs, enhances AI logic, and adds new features.
List of changes:
- Pacifists can obtain the "Crystal-Forged Plating" technology by exploring "Crystalline Pacification".
- If pacifists capture the planet "Dragon's Hoard", they will receive the "Artificial Dragonscales" technology in a year, even if another player has already obtained it.
- The chances of obtaining technology from the Veil have been improved. Now there is a 20% chance of receiving any technology from the Veil, compared to less than 10% previously.

- Superweapons "Divine Enforcer" and "Devolving Beam" cleanse the worlds of Swarm.
- The path of marauder groups has been redesigned. If they cannot reach a planet, they will fly to a nearby enemy system without planets.
- at the start, farming districts were replaced with mining districts for lithoids
- "Shattered Ring" start correction: the coordinates of segments have been corrected, the damaged segment has been restored correctly,
and the graphic style has been added, added a megastructure icon.
- "Honorbound Warriors" and "Xenophobic Isolationists" do not hire marauder clans to raid.
- The AI enters the Veil and receives bonuses. The entrance to the Veil is placed in a separate event, so that the AI can summon it. (The AI does not know how to do this.)
- added a more interesting origin to some starting races
- The Curator-Archivist increases the chance of losing key technologies for Traditions and Ascension.
- the mentor of the Shroudwalkers increases the chance of dropping the "Psionic Theory"
- Missing areas have been added to the "Scavenger Site".
- Fixed the initial buildings at the start of "Reckoning".
- "Civilian Industries" buildings have been fixed in some starts.
- A "Rogue Servitor" is now defined as using "Consumer Goods" at the start.

Minor edits:
- Missy's looping in the "Deep Space Citadel" has been fixed (leviathans.2101.a).
- ai_chance have been added for many events, so that AI can also select them.
- Moved some slave professions to the "slave" category.
- Added clouds to the Ringworld.

- A "Rogue Servitor" can use "Declare Population Controls" of organic settlements if there is no work for them.
- AI can use "Expel Excess Population" if:
1. "Affordable housing" < -1000
2. There is no planet with: "Affordable housing" > 500
OR "Number of vacant positions" > 100
OR "Number of available areas" > 0
OR "Undefended obstacles" > 0

- AI can create a "Penal Colony" (Except for fallen empires)
- AI can create a "Resort World" (Except for fallen empires)
- AI can "Exhibit Art Monument"
