Automatic Emptying: Extended

Description
Automatic Emptying: Extended automatically clicks the "Empty building to another facility" buttons of your cemeteries and garbages by schedule.
* support the latest version of Cities: Skylines (V1.7.0-f5+)
* support localizations (en, ru)
* support a scheduled emptying
* allow to set the lower emptying threshold
* allow to manually disable/enable emptying for specific buildings
* allow to manually disable/enable emptying for all buildings (или allow to manually disable/enable mod while in the game)
* Note: auto-emptying works only if you have an Incineration Plant or Crematorium in the city


This mod is a spinoff of the original Automatic Emptying mod by Sadlers.

Oh, the same applies to all medical buildings as well, sorry. Everything having to do with trash or medical is not relocateable or buildable.

Alright, so I've got a really serious problem. I've already isolated it to this mod because I've done a deactivate test, then I can get around the problem.

I can't reloacte my incinerators. I can't build new incinerators. As I'm just into the yellow on capacity, that means that I can't expand my city. Like at all. Also, I can't move the sliders in the menu for Auto-Empty. I have zero control over the functions of this mod.

I can't deactivate the mod because apparently Extended Networks has created a dependency on it somehow, so that's out.

I've never had this problem before, and I noticed you updated the mod only a few days ago. If you could help me in any way, I'd greatly appreciate it. I have absolutely no idea what's going on, but right my city's not playable.

You should add an option to force empty to crematorium/incinerator

Seems there was possibly the same problem and it's solved.

Did some tests adding Realistic population and Citizen Lifecycle Rebalance mods, all of it tested on 81 tiles uncovered... When a landfill empties, there must be enough incinerators to cover all garbage production plus more to get landfill stuff (although trucks never go to the incinerators, surprisingly). Once it emptied, then all gets back to normal... Well almost, as there are too many incinarators now - some can be switched off (automated function would be useful maybe). But that was tested with landfill only. It will get complicated when there's more of them (maybe they should be together with a bunch of incinarators for the ease of managing all of it). Number of garbage trucks was back to normal once incineretors where defunctioned/switched off.

I reckon it's better to correct my comments - seems that if it doesn't work with other mods, remove it and enjoy a total control in a dictatorship style.
Or let's try to add this mod seperately into the game and see if that works. But i assume that games already started, won't get improved by removing and re-adding Automatic Emptying to your mod-family - if it does, please let us all know.
We are all waiting for better solutions.

Now... I have only some basic mods to help create and rise a town quickly - some included in vanilla game, and better budget as the only one from outside of it, tested it for some other reasons. It seems this mod actually works now... There glitches caused either by other mods or simply by adding too many at the same time (I've seen this mentioned as a probable reason of problems although I'm not sure of this one). As previously no trucks from landfills or incinerators were being issued to start emptying - or to some there was never ending emptying - i just had gone through the cycle twice... thrice now... All started to work. ...
