you need:

Wiremod

for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

dupe description:

this is an example of how the "Starvation Module" can be used, if it dosen't "eat" a "models/props_phx/construct/wood/wood_boardx1.mdl" every 10 minutes or less it will starve to death and its light will be turned off, it also has a reset button to reset the starvation counter and bring it back to life

also ive started up a wiremod academy

yes, it would be possible, this module is basicly a regulator that can be used for such a thing, feel free to build it if you want

would it be possible to make a sort of ai spaceship with a reactor that uses the starvation module, akin to it needing "fuel" every ten minutes or so?(think the "sol" but needing actual fuel to function)
