现在伞的框架貌似和ACOT或更多巨构冲突,会导致造不出来深空擎天堡和直接炸档

I dont which of your mods give variants of creating new shape of galaxy, but - on "Galaxy ring - out" cannot spawn Fallen Empires at all (galaxy size 400).

I will take a look. But I don't think it is from my mod as I don't have any vanilla orbital ring changes as I remembered.

Hey Kasako, it seems the AI is building a bunch of orbital rings around planets that already have one, resulting in the error
