Arcade-Realism Flamethrower for CoDWaW mod

Description
Added effects and mechanisms of Realism Flamethrower mod to CoDWaW mod.

The flamethrower in this submod doesn't require a fuel tank to work for fast-paced gameplay.
A CoD-like overheating mechanism has been implemented:
The flamethrower will be overheating and stop working after a long-duration firing.
You need to wait for it to cool down for firing again.
You can fire it in bursts for better reliability.
