No. They are paid games from valve. You can get them for relatively cheap during the winter sale

i got postal dude and hn2 prop pack but grass, trees lamps, and the office desk are just black and purple and say error

I believe it uses the same textures as my hn2 alpha 1 map so try subscribing to that and seeing what happens with the missing textures
