Description
Fixes an issue when deleting a vehicle from Ivory Cars pack that had sirens & the ability to takedown that would spam errors every frame. Prevelant when spawning something like an EMS Suburban in Zeus or garaging one in Antistasi

Requires Ivory Cars to be installed, this is not a reupload of the content only a patch of the functions that were broken.
Feel free to let me know if theres any other function related errors and i can see about patching them aswell into this.
