Princess of Cute Hive - Pearl Hive & Princess of The Hive - All Females Patch

Description
Deletes severed western hive limbs from Pearl Hive and Banished Hive races (they get unique severed limbs from my Hiver patch). Also, sets races from the following clades to single gender=false; Pearl Hive, Banished Hive, Western Hive, Southern Hive, and Dead Hive.
