能不能介绍一下属性和技能效果，不管是汉化mod还是原版mod都没有介绍人物，都不知道怎么玩他

Thanks! And nope, tf2soldier.lua is the only one that got updated (because it handles Banner charges - and new ones were added along with the WAR! mod).
