I suggest making some changes with the expression of the scout, make a more dead type of face.

A few changes I'd suggest, and just overall tweaks, are to change the camera FOV, add maybe some backlight to make them stand out a bit more, and tweak scout's shoulders a bit. Also, the sniper has his hand on his side, which doesnt really make sense.
