Honestly the fact that the requirements still include Windows 7 means that these games have not forgotten us. Windows 7 is not obsolete!

@Neo thats a known issue with the game engine, I have a GTX 1070 and the low to high texture pop in still happens, especially after I fast travel

Running a GTX 770 4GB fine... the only problem I have is that sometimes it takes a while for it to load in, like the textures will look blurry for a while then suddenly pop into high resolution. Maybe because I don't meet the system requirements, or probably not, who knows

The Hi Res packs for everything are better than what Bethesda released, and they have been available by Modders on Nexus for months, and the textures some of which have enahanced Mip maps for the textures, and if you use the Skyrim tool for optimizing your textures, there is no hit but the payoff is almost photo realism, personally I see no reason to even bother with the Bethesda textures unless you want something that's a bit better instead of a Lot Better available on Nexus.

Lies to make you buy their shit. Even an i3, 4GB RAM, and a GTX 750 ti can run it. the texture pack mostly requires more VRAM. I havea R7 370 4GB and I haven't noticed any performance hit at all.

Meh, it's alright I suppose, but you don't need a 1080 unless you're running higher than 1080p resolution. Although the ram is pretty spot on, unless afterburner/rivatuner is lying to me. I peaked at about 12 GB of ram, before it stabilized at 10
