Von Kaiser from the fighting game series Punch-Out!! Has below-average stats and a moveset around hooks, headbutts, and some uppercuts. AI Logic is customized to make him hesitant and focusing on lighter attacks. Has two attires; his default is his 2009 attire and his second is his original attire.

I couldn't find anything that resembled suspenders, so I didn't add them. His mustache is also lacking the curl due to a lack of curling mustaches.
