Ah, I thought this was one of your Hammer creations. Yes, that sign applies to the fizzler
on the left (as it should) but "appears" to apply to the fizzler on the right.

It's been a while since I've played this map, so I really don't remember much other than this map was created using the pti/beemod. So the wave symbol indicates the left fizzler? Unfortunately I can't correct the signage, I lost the puzzle maker files to this map. Thanks for pointing this out to me, jgaultney.
And I to agree it does look like it's indicating the right fizzler.
