For what it's worth, I'm actually loving the stats, it's not hindering my enjoyment one bit, and it makes sense to put 90's Kobashi a few notches below Misawa. Plus, he's still putting out awesome matches. My favourite part is actually the fact that his burning hammer is a turnbuckle move - I personally don't like having to set up the move this way, but because of this and the AI, it's pretty much the only Kobashi out there that doesn't pull off a burning hammer nearly every match.
I do intend to make an early 2000s era Kobashi with a more imposing set of stats and the fully fleshed out moveset, so I wanted the 90s Kobashi to represent him as a strong, but still improving version, more athletic than experienced, still able to take the fight to anyone.
Now, the CRITICAL part, I can't answer. Might take a look under the hood this week and see if there's anything there that I could do to reduce that without overpowering him.
