REPLACES THE CROWBAR!

This weapon was unused alongside other melee weapons (wrench, stunstick, zombie claws, suitcase, and switchblade) meant for the deathmatch mode.

IF THIS ADDON ISN'T WORKING FOR YOU:
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\1089058435 and move the file Syringe into your custom folder. If you don't know what I'm talking about, the custom folder can be found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mesa\bms but if it isn't there you can make it by following the guide here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=502670746&searchtext=Custom+folder

BUGS:
If you have any hand changing addons (ex. Improved Hands Mod) the hands will change.

UPDATE: There is now a world model for the syringe.
