Basic Info
I recently did this acheivement and wanted to make a quick guide covering a couple points as well as provide some trivia and references to everything about this. (Plus I've always wanted to write a guide for Payday 2. This seemed fitting...and maybe I'll start making a thing of this.)

Using this walkthrough, hopefully, you can easily get this achievement out of the way and you'll have a better understanding of the Payday 2 lore.

I did come across another achievement guide for this, but I don't feel it was put together that well, it lacked some good ways of avoiding messups, and there was an absence of fun side info. This is my atttmped at writing a more complete and easier to follow guide as well as provide a bit more info on things.
Prerequisites
In order to do this achievement, you must have Hoxton and the Nova Shank unlocked.

This is done by getting the achievement "Why Don’t We Just Use a Spoon?[payday.wikia.com]".
All this achievement entails is beating Hoxton Breakout on any difficulty. Almost everyone reading this will have it done, but for those handful of people...make sure you do this.

Once you have access to the Nova (and Hoxton if you're the one playing as Hoxton), you can do the "He's Got Experience" achievement.
Spec and Loadout Suggestion
Primary Weapon
Anything at all. It doesn't matter.
Secondary Weapon
Anything that cannot pick up ammo. I like the RPG Launcher (HRL-7).
Melee
Nova Shank is mandatory.
Throwable
Concussion Grenades are by far the most useful throwable.
They don't kill and they stun everyone letting you get away.
Deplyable
Primary: ECM for ECM Feedback
Secondary: First Aid Kits to get your health up when needed.
Also revives you when needed if using the safety build.
Armor
ICTV
Perk Deck
Muscle for health bonus and regen
Armorer gives more armor and lets you maintain berserker status
Yakuza is a great option for speeding through things, but you're a little more vulnerable.*

* If you're taking yakuza, pull points out of berserk aced (6 extra points not needed) and put it into Frenzy. This will keep your health low so you can benefit from Yakuza Perk Deck.

Skill breakdown
-Master Mind-
Confident basic so you can yell at cops with more success. This is handy being you can't use any type of ranged weapon.

-Enforcer-
Underdog Aced: Damage reduction and increased damage.
Ironman Aced: ICTV and armor.
Shock and Awe Aced: Allows you melee shields.

-Technician-
Jack of All Trades: 2 deployables. You can bring ECM jammers and First Aid Kits

-Ghost-
ECM Specialist & ECM Overdrive Aced: Used for ECM Feedback. This helps if you need to protect the drill or if you're getting ganged up on, though you should consider one of your six concussions grenades for "getting away from groups".
Shockproof: Helps to guarantee no taser downs.
Duck & Cover Aced: 10% dodge is 10% dodge...

-Fugitive-
Everything her is about +melee damage, +knockdown, and defenses. Kind of important to a melee build.

Safety Spec (alternate spec): http://pd2tools.com/l/4ac3b2fad6d9e8f4c528a220380c4d43
This spec is based more on helping those who are struggling to survive.
This drops confident basic, underdog aced, berserker aced (unnecessary points anyway), and counterstrike to pick up Swan Song Basic and Uppers Aced. If you get downed, you have 3 seconds to plant a First Aid Kit. You'll be immediately revived.
How To / Tips / Advice
Keep running. You shouldn't be walking.

You can't use AI/bots, jokers (converted enemeies), turrets, or anything else to damage something. All damage must be from a nova shank.

There's no reason to get any gold. You should only need 2 keys. 1 to open the first door and the second to activate the escape.

Try to anticipate where enemies will spawn.

Don't forget to use those concussion grenades.

Using a secondary with no ammo refil and emptying your secondary into the air or a wall prevents you from accidentally shooting someone when you're you're being tasered.

Don't forget to change your character to Hoxton before starting. I almost did this.
Video of Achievement
Game play of me doing this achivement using the first spec posted (slightly altered but the same at the core).
Trivia & Info
What is a shank?
A shank is anything that is crafted into a weapon used for stabbing. These are extremely common in prisons as they're easy to make, easy to conceal, and can easily kill another human.

Examples of different prison shanks:

What's the reference?
Hoxton, as you should know, was put in prison because Hector ratted him out to the feds.
This achievement takes place inside of a prison. Well, it technically takes place inside the mind of a cloaker... Anyway, it's supposed to be an homage to Hoxton's time in prison and is a make believe scenario of him and his crew killing everyone with a very well known prison weapon and then escaping.

Why do you get the Risen Houston mask instead of Hoxton's mask?
To understand this, you need to understand the relationship between Houston and Hoxton and why Hox doesn't care for him.
If you've never listened to the dialogue while playing Hoxton Breakout, you should. It expalins a lot.

Houston is the brother of Dallas.
When Hector flips on Hoxton and gets him sent to prison, Houston takes Hoxton's mask, takes his name, takes his entire identity and fills the empty slot in the group. After Hoxton breaks out, he gets a new mask and Houston keeps Hox's original.
This is why you get Housten Risen instead of Hoxton Risen.

Note that when playing Hoxton Breakout, you can hear a lot of dialogue about Houston:
  • " Dallas, your little brother should give my name back, and call himself Houston!"
  • "I recognize the two of you - but where's my old ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mask?"
  • "Well well well, so who's the fourth musketeer? This wanker's your little brother, Dallas?"
  • "You call yourself Hoxton, right? More like Houston, because you just got a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ problem!"

Hoxton yelling at Houston vs everyone else:
When calling out to any player EXCEPT Houston, Hox will yell:
  • <Crew Member Name>, come with me."
  • <Crew Member Name>, on me now!"
  • <Crew Member Name>, follow me!"
  • <Crew Member Name>, follow!"

However, if you play as Hoxton and call out to Houston, his comments change a bit:
Sorry for having to use an image, but Steam is overly strict on swear words, especially when they're directly from the game*.
